CasMo is about curiosity
I am curious. I am so very curious. I cannot count the days I woke up and was excited about a new discovery, any new discovery. There have been numerous times, even as an adult, when I really felt like a large child. Wondering when someone was going to find out that there really was a kid, dressed as an adult, ill-fitting in that suit.
It is a feeling that is not possible to correct by just looking in the mirror. It is truly who and how I am: interested, curious, willing to learn.
Willing to understand and invest in your story.
CasMo is about listening to and sharing stories
I love a good story. There are so many stories around us. And most stories teach us something. Good stories, more than anything, shape our learning.
First and foremost, I adore listening to your story. Your story reflects your situation and your challenges, but most of all, how you look at them and how you believe you will deal with them. Your story teaches me what is challenging you and how you are currently dealing with it. In your storytelling you present the seed of the solution. Because most often, the issue you are facing can be solved by you, through you.
Your good storytelling allows us to either teach you ourselves or find someone who can in our circle of trusted story listeners. So we go out and share your story … and we find answers.
Willing to listen and share your story.
CasMo is about teaching
We at CasMo are teachers. Through story we share what we have learned along the way, about our areas of expertise. Our story will link to your story, and we transfer our experience and expertise to your context.
We want to make it real for you, in your context, in your language, in your terms.
Our curiosity drives our hunger for your stories, and our experience allows us to bring our experience into your situation, through story. Teaching through storytelling. Sharing real experiences among real people.
